RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sadia Tariq, every piece is created with meticulous attention to craftsmanship, quality, and detail. As our products are carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in cases where an item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1. GENERAL POLICY

1.1. All orders placed through the Sadia Tariq website are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

1.2. Returns or exchanges will only be considered where the product received is:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Significantly different from the product ordered

1.3. Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain pieces and differences in screen settings. These variations are not considered defects.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

2.1. We take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2. To report an issue, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs and/or video showing the defect or damage
  • Any other relevant information requested by our team

2.3. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. APPROVAL & RETURN PROCESS

3.1. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by Sadia Tariq, our team will provide instructions regarding the return.

3.2. Items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.

3.3. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for an exchange or refund.

3.4. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the approved return. Where applicable, return shipping and customs charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error on our part.

4. RESOLUTION

Following inspection of the returned item, Sadia Tariq may offer one of the following resolutions, where applicable:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Exchange for an available item of equivalent value
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where approved by the brand

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, product availability, and the outcome of our quality assessment.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

5.2. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5.3. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team immediately and provide their order number.

5.4. Approved cancellations may be issued as store credit or refund, subject to the applicable payment method and brand approval.

6. SALE & FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Products specifically marked as Sale, Final Sale, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund unless the item is received defective or incorrect.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

Where a return is approved for an international order, any applicable return shipping, customs duties, taxes, or other associated charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue resulted from an error by Sadia Tariq.

8. QUALITY ASSESSMENT

All approved claims are subject to inspection by the Sadia Tariq team. The brand reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund based on the findings of the quality assessment.
