How can I place an order?

What is the estimated delivery time and cost?

For online orders of Ready to Wear items within Pakistan, the delivery time is 3-5 working days. For international orders, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days.

For Made to Order items, the production and delivery time is longer, taking up to 7-8 weeks.

If your order does not reach you within the specified time frame, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide same day delivery service.

Why did the item in my shopping bag disappear?

It's important to note that adding an item to your shopping bag does not guarantee its availability for purchase. If another customer completes their purchase of the same item while it's in your shopping bag, it may become out of stock. In such cases, we recommend revisiting the website at a later time when the item is restocked and placing a new order.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for it?

Yes, all purchases made from Sadia Tariq are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit to your specified shipping address. However, once the package is delivered and signed for at the designated address, the insurance coverage ends.

To ensure the safe delivery and integrity of your purchases, we require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders. This helps us ensure that the package reaches the intended recipient and prevents unauthorized delivery.

Please note that we are unable to authorize delivery of packages without a signature to maintain the security and accountability of your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to make changes to your order. If your purchases have not yet been prepared for dispatch, we can assist you with canceling an item, changing the size, or updating your billing and shipping details.

For online payment-based orders, cancellation is only possible within one week from the time of placement. However, please note that once an order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, we are unable to combine orders or add additional items to an existing order.
